12-Year 3-Shift Warranty (Herman Miller Chairs Only)

All Herman Miller chairs sold by Aussie Chair are backed by a 12-Year 3-Shift Warranty in line with manufacturer coverage.

We maintain commonly required replacement parts locally to help facilitate efficient warranty support.

Other Brands

For all other brands including LiberNovo, Sihoo, UE Series and HÅG, warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturer and typically ranges from 3–5 years depending on the model.

Specific warranty details are available on individual product pages or upon request.
